She's elegant,
She's graceful,
She's slender,
She's beautiful,
She's blonde,
She's curvy,
She's smiling,
She's fake.
I'm awkward,
I'm nervous,
I'm larger,
I'm ordinary,
I'm brunette,
I'm different,
I'm crying,
I'm real.
She looks at you
And smiles seductively.
She beckons for you
With one bent finger.
She grabs you by your tie,
Perfectly confident.
She knows that you
Cannot resist her.
I look at you,
Then look away.
I want to go to you,
And be like her.
But that's not me,
That's not who I am.
I know that you
Cannot resist her.
She's elegant,
She's graceful,
And I'm just me,
Plan and ordinary,
Anything but extraordinary.
You don't even notice.

This reminds me of when my teacher had us split the classroom up into two sections:
Uglies and Pretties.
He told us to sort ourselves by how pretty we were and to get into groups accordingly. I noticed that a lot of very beautiful people came over to the ugly side of the room, while many ugly people went to the pretty side, so really, we all had a hodgepodge of people of varying degrees. I thought that this really shows that, no matter what we look like of the outside, past experiences and self-esteem are what really determine whether you are beautiful or not.
I'm not saying you have to be confident to be beautiful. I'm saying maybe you're beautiful, and you just don't know it.
